Semaphore Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

digndirt: The cache seems to be AWOL. I will not be replacing it because we really don't need another micro in this area. Thank you to all the folks that have found the cache over these almost 10 years, and I'm so sorry to those folks who solved the puzzle but never had the chance to log it.

2010 Gems of the Grand Strand Nominee

Please DO NOT leave TBs as they may get stuck here for a long time.

When I was a small boy growing up in Baltimore, MD my family would often go to Ocean City for a day in the summer. Back then, the life guards were required to use semaphore flags to communicate to each other; they didn't use two-way radios back then. I remember being mesmerized by their signaling each other and I often wondered what they were saying. When I turned eleven I joined the Boy Scouts and it was during my years as a scout that I learned what the signals meant. Now you have the chance to learn what the signals mean too. The scout's signalling will get you to a small park. Once there you will probably need the hint to find the cache.

Decipher what the scout is saying and you'll find the cache.

Congratulations to GeoGrandal for being the FTF the cache.
