"You can see it, but you just can't get to it." That's what my wife says every time we're stuck in traffic, or if the traffic flow ends up carrying us somewhere we don't want to go. To get to this cache, you will have to contend with traffic. Certainly avoid rush hour when going after this one.
Parking is available at the nearby BB&T bank. (Parking coordinates: N 35.12.167 / W 079.27.084) Stealth will be required when going for this cache. The difficulty reflects the location of the cache. You can see it, but you can't get to it. Probably not a good cache to bring kids to. Once you get there, you'll be rewarded with an ammo can full of the usual goodies.
