Geocache Description:

Salote is a small lake near Pilaite. Attracks lots of locals to swim in summer or icefish in winter.

The cache tends to be hidden on a small island. Easy reach by ice in winter time, make sure the ice is thick enough to safely walk, skate, ski or ride a bicycle.

Since the cache tends to sink after the ice thaws out, it will be residing on a shore during warm months of the year.
The container is a plastic sandwich box, placed in a plastic camo bag. Initial swag: few out-of-circulation coins, a set of self adhesive safety light reflectors and a globe pencil sharpener. The cache contains a logbook and a couple of pencils, too. Please place the logbook back into the zip plastic bag when done.
