Located in the Mayo Town Park on the west end of town. The Park is relatively small, but it is nice. There are lots of big oak trees, some shelters, picnic tables, a few pioneer era style structures, and some restrooms.
The Pioneer Day festival is held here every year on the second Saturday of October. Lots of food, arts & crafts, and a parade are some of the festivities for Pioneer Day. Normally several thousand people attend(I don't recommend looking for this cache during the festival, but then again, if you are slick, go for it.)
You are looking for a canister about the size of a 35mm canister. Only a log inside. BYOP.
