Oddly enough... another puzzle cache!

There was quite a stretch there without any new puzzle caches. Now
they're poppin' up everywhere! So, I thought I'd jump in and add
this puzzle to the mix.
It's a little over a half mile walk round trip to the cache from
the stated parking and the terrain is quite hilly, and may require
alternative footgear in deep snow. Hence the terrain rating of 3.
The cache itself is only one stage and is a large camouflaged snack
container. I know, I know... some of you prefer to search ad
nauseam in the woods for a bison tube hanging in a pine tree.

Solve the puzzle below to find the cache coordinates. Odds are
you'll figure this out fairly quickly, even if you are not sure
about your own abilities! The Parking coordinates are offset from
the cache by N +.154, W -.165
