Geocache Description:

AS WITH ALL MINE FALLS CACHES THERE IS NO NIGHT CACHING

This cache was placed today to bring you to NH's oldest and NH's newest caches in the same trip. It will be a full circle if you will of NH caching.

This cache was placed to celebrate New Hampshire having 1800 active caches, this milestone was reached on Sunday February 11th, 2007.

From the first waypoint of this cache, if you have keen eyes you can see where it all started in New Hampshire all those years ago when user "lamere" placed NH #1 - Mines Follies by Paul Lamere(GC9E) Notice the 4 digit waypoint!

When you enter in the final waypoint you will see a straight line that will almost take you over Mines Follies. I could not get a perfectly straight line in due to all of the other caches being too close!

To find the final go back to the main trail, go towards the high school (to the East), follow the trail towards the final waypoint until you round the corner, then go down the hill, which can be tricky.

At the bottom, in the corner of the area you will find a path. Follow this path and it takes you within 30 feet of the original NH cache! This little trick will keep you from having to do a water crossing if you go to the Mines Follies the wrong way like I did when I made my first find 2 months ago today!

The first waypoint can be tricky to find. I won't offer any hints as I want to keep it harder. The first way point is a micro and please be careful to ensure you get the slip of tape back into its holder! The holder is not designed to be removed from it's hiding spot, only take off the cover and replace it when you are finished.

AS WITH ALL MINE FALLS CACHES THERE IS NO NIGHT CACHING
