This is part one in the "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" series. One part of the series will be released each week for the next three weeks, as allowed by Pofe. If not, each can stand on its own. Part four, "Spy", will require you to have paid a modest amount of attention to the first three caches, like any good spy would. Pay attention, or you will need to go back to each to complete "Spy".
The coordinates above lead you to a beautiful stone church at the top of New Preston Hill Road. Park near the church and find the date the church was built. Take the last three numbers of the date, i.e. 1945 would be 945. Add to this number the number 29, i.e. 945 + 29 = 974. This number is XXX.
Park at N 41 41.230, W 073 22.042. There is room for one or two cars. Make sure you do not block the private driveway.
The final coordinates are at N 41 41.378 and W 073 21.XXX - near the peak of TINKER Hill.
You are looking for a cammoed lock-n-lock. The FTF gets an unactivated travel bug tag. Good luck.
