This is my first cache. Home to the Baby Gnome TB. Plastic painted container. Original items listed below. Some interesting info about this area I should of put in when listed. The mountain you see to the South West of this cache is called Mt. Potosi. Back in 1942 a plane carring Carole Lombard who was a famous movie star and wife to Clark Gable crashed high up on the East face. Most of the pieces of plane are still their. Also their is a memorial plack up where it is at. I have not made it all the way up to it yet but have seen photos. If you visit www.birdandhike.com you can pull up the UTM coordinates to the site. Also to get to the spot where you park, a short 4x4 is needed to get their and it is a very hard place to turn around and you will need to be in 4 wheel drive to get to it. Just wanted to put that interesting info into this description as their is so much history about Las Vegas that is out their to check out.
