Lactodorum: It would appear from comments made by visitors to this cache that there is a question as to whether it is on public land. There is also a question about its placement.

Could the owner please let me know the situation. In the meantime I'm archiving the cache as a precautionary measure but will happily unarchive it if I am satisfied it meets the current guidelines.
