Registration for NEOGEO Bingo is closed. We are holding three spots for cachers trying to resolve schedule conflicts. If you wish to play Bingo, please contact us Thursday to see if one of those spots is open. If you just wish to attend the event and find caches but not play bingo, you are welcome to join us on Saturday.

We will be bringing two laptops with GSAK to the event and should be able to upload waypoints to attendees' gps. WooHoo JoelMart and Timmay have posted that they will bring their Magellan cables for loading waypoints. Thanks for the assist.

It really looks like spring in South Chagrin. We hope to see everyone there.



The coordinates listed above will bring you to the Shelterhouse at South Chagrin Reservation in Cleveland Metroparks. Your day of caching and bingo will start there. Please check in when you arrive.

You can cache alone or as a group. Each Geocaching.com caching name will be given one blank BINGO card. This is not meant as a race, and we are giving plenty of time for people to relax and cache. As you find caches, you will be able to fill-in your Bingo card. We will play Bingo at the end for some prizes.

The format of the day is as follows:



Event starts: 11am



Check-in to play BINGO: 4:00pm



BINGO: 4:15pm



Event ends: 7:00pm



Cachers must pre-register by posting a note to this cache page. If response is too great, we may need to limit the number of attendees, so please post quickly. You must register by March 24 to play Bingo.



There will be 24 event caches available to fill your Bingo card. They will be of varying hike lengths and difficulties. We will have at least 4 event caches of a D 1 ½ T 1 ½ variety so we can include as many people in Bingo as possible. You don’t need to find all 24 caches to have fun and play Bingo. The caches will be available after Bingo to find those you may have missed earlier.



The event caches are being designed to encourage people to get out and walk the trails. Remember it will be spring and the greenery will be tender.



This event is being held for fun. There will be small prizes and gifts and a chance to enjoy spring in the wonderful South Chagrin Reservation.



We will not be providing food for the event, but you are encouraged to take advantage of the shelter and enjoy a spring picnic. If you can bring an item to share, it will be appreciated. We will have water and lemonade available and, if the weather is chilly, we will have hot chocolate and coffee.



There are grills and electricity available at the Shelterhouse. There is a new restroom facility, but there is no water supply. There is plenty of parking close by.



This event cache has been approved by Cleveland Metroparks. The placement of all caches will be approved by Cleveland Metroparks prior to the event.



The Eastern Chums are MiataBug, the Czardine Can Clan (Geauga Garmin, dbczarina, and Chris K of Geauga), Goat Haunt, 3Beans, and Carly of Cleveland Metroparks.

We will have a limited number of kachekat and kickin's way cool coins for sale at the event. The coins are available as a single, trackable coin (lower center) or a three-coin set in trackable silver, pewter, and gold. The pin is also available. We're still hoping our friends from Bradford can join us, but it appears that kachekat will need to work.
