Big Dave73: Sorry to have to do this, but access to the cache is now roped off due to a fatal accident. So will have to archive it. Its a shame but when these kinds of accidents happen in Japan due to freak accidents or stupid accidents the rest of the public has to pay with full no access restrictions. I wish they would just put a sign (enter at own risk) or something like that but that is not the case. Anyway, this place should have a cache so hopefully someone will hide a new one.
