The cache is in an underused city park. It is a nice place to be in the springtime. This cache will require you to visit 3 places before you find the final cache.
Start out by finding local historical marker at the gps coordinates.
To find second stage coordinates, plug in the numbers for the coordinates by finding answers on the marker
