tief im Berg Multi-Cache

Unser erster Cache führt in das ehemalige Lugau-Oelsnitzer Steinkohlenrevier im Erzgebirge. Im ersten Abschnitt wird der Cache am besten mit Auto oder Fahrrad erfahren und trägt einen informativen Charakter. Der Weg zum Zielpunkt, ist von Natur und schöner Aussicht geprägt und wird am besten zu Fuß bewältigt. Das Fahrrad ist für die gesamte Strecke geeignet. Parkplätze sind immer vorhanden und man braucht im gesamten Verlauf keine Wege zu verlassen. Auch bei Schnee ist der Cache problemlos zu finden.

Auf geht's zum Startpunkt, - die Kreuzkirche in Lugau. Man findet sie bei den oben genannten Koordinaten. Im Bereich der Kirche befindet sich ein Gedenkstein zur Erinnerung an das dramatisches Grubenunglück in der „Neuen Fundgrube“. 101 Bergleute wurden damals verschüttet. Wann war das? Bitte die vierstellige Jahreszahl (A) und den Monat als einstellige Zahl (B) aufschreiben. Wenn man sich hier weiter umsieht, wird man auf ein sehr altes Gemäuer aufmerksam. Die vierstellige Jahreszahl der letzten Wiedereinweihung der zwei 500 - und 700 Jahre alten Glocken interessiert uns hier (C). Mit allen hier gesammelten Daten geht es nun immer bergauf in Richtung Stadtmitte, wo Cacher mit PKW direkt an der B180 kostenfrei Parken können. Genau hier: 50° 44.160 N / 012° 44.904 O. An der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz, finden Ortsunkundige auch die Ausschilderung für die Straße in Richtung Oelsnitz. (nur als kleine Hilfe) Berechnet nun in Ruhe den nächsten Zielpunkt und begebt Euch zu Fuß dahin:

Hier nahmen erstmals deutsche Bergarbeiter Kontakt mit einem berühmten bärtigen Mann auf. Kleiner Hinweis ... es war nicht der Weihnachtsmann! Wann war das? Interessant sind die letzten 2 Ziffern von 6 sichtbaren. Diese zweistellige Zahl ist dann (E).

Der mit (F) errechnete Ort, ist unabhängig vom Cache immer einen Besuch wert! Fahrt dazu in Richtung Oelsnitz und vertraut gleich nach dem Einbiegen in die Pflockenstraße wieder dem GPS. Um die weitere Suche nicht von Öffnungszeiten abhängig zu machen, sind alle benötigten Hinweise frei zugänglich. Ein Parkplatz findet sich direkt am alten Dampfross, dessen Fahrtgeschwindigkeit (G) später noch wichtig ist! Sehr interessant sind hier im Gelände aufbewahrte runde Sachen. Aber Vorsicht! Es soll sich schon mancher Cacher beim lesen von wichtigen Infos den Kopf verdreht haben! Wir benötigen von den fünf Zahlen hinter der Angabe „Flachseil“ die ersten drei Ziffern. Diese ergeben die gesuchte Zahl (H).

Das GPS wird mit folgenden Angaben, die Richtung zu einer Kreuzung mit sehr schöner Aussicht weisen. Kleine Orientierungshilfe für diesen Waypoint: 1 x Richtung Neuwürschnitz (an der Ampelkreuzung) und dann weiter Richtung Lichtenstein.

Um Sicher zu sein, dass der richtige Weg gewählt wurde, solltet Ihr nach ca.1.7 km ein seltsames Ding bemerken. Es ist ein 17.4m hohes Denkmal und verdeutlicht das Absinken des Bodens in dieser Umgebung, als Folge vom Steinkohlebergbau. Die Gegend wurde damals mit Stollen durchlöchert wie ein Schweizer Käse. Im Lauf der Zeit brachen diese zusammen und das darüberliegende Erdreich senkte sich entsprechend. Vor 100 Jahren, hätte man sich also an dieser Position etwa auf Höhe der Denkmalspitze befunden. Vor der gesuchten Kreuzung angekommen, empfiehlt es sich kurz zu verweilen, die Aussicht auf den Auersberg zu geniessen und die folgenden Daten ins GPS einzugeben:

Es dürfte nun kein Zweifel mehr bezüglich der Richtungswahl an der Kreuzung bestehen! Im Verlauf der Straße, zweigt ein kleiner Waldweg ab. Mit richtigen Daten, sollte das GPS hier zum abbiegen auffordern. Ihr findet neben einer Parkmöglichkeit, den letzten Hinweis zum Ziel – die Entfernung bis Waldenburg (K). Jetzt geht es am besten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad weiter. Wer den am Ende beschriebenen Cache noch zusätzlich erledigen möchte, sollte wegen dem zu erwartenden Aufstieg doch besser zu Fuß gehen. Und das ist nun der letzte Hinweis zum Zielpunkt:

War alles richtig, ist das Ziel bald erreicht. Der Cache ist frei zugänglich, also bitte keine Zäune übersteigen.

Zum Schluss noch ein Tipp für alle, die nicht genug bekommen können: "Glueckauf Turm - by draesdner". Dieser Cache ist von unserem Final aus sehr gut erreichbar und verspricht eine einzigartige Aussicht!

The bike is suitable for the entire way, from Sart to Final. Parking places are always available. You do not have to leave any ways in the entire course. We go now to the starting point, the church in Lugau. One finds it with the above indicated coordinates. There is a commemorating-stone in the field of the church. The stone reminds dramatic mine accident of that in the „Neuen Fundgrube". 101 miners were spilled then. When was that? Writing down the four-digit date (A) and the month as a one-digit number (B) please. If one keeps on looking around here, one becomes onto a very old walls attentive. The four-digit date of the last re-opening of the two 500 - and 700 years old bells interests us here (C). With all here gathered data it goes now always uphill in the direction of center. These show the searched number (H).

The GPS becomes with following information, the direction to a crossroads with very beautiful prospect show. A small guideline for this way point: Going into direction Neuwuerschnitz first (at the crossroads with traffic light). And then the way goes on into direction Lichtenstein.

In order Secure that the correct way was chosen your after ca. 1.7km should be a strange thing notice. It is a 17.4m high monument and clarifies the drop of the ground in these surroundings. It is the consequence of the coal mines. The area was pierced then from the mining industry as a Swiss cheese. You find next to a park possibility, the last reference to the final. The distance to Waldenburg (K). The way following now is to finish on foot, or by bike. Who would like to conquer the at the end described cache still besides, should feel better on foot. A steep rise is to be expected. And that is now the last reference to the target:
