nice easy terrain and location. convenient park-n-almost-grab. watch for fema muggles.

cache is OFFSET from the above coords--a short walk of approx 285' in an easterly direction should put you very close. miminal geo-instincts might be required. should live up to its' 1 1/2 difficulty rating. sight correctly, allow for just a little windage, walk the walk, use the clue, and u should be right on it.
