Another roadside attraction!
We decided to call this one Evergreen Geocacher's Booty. This being pronounced "gooeycash" for this one in honor of the geoduck, The Evergreen State College mascot. We also placed treasures that Evergreeners would enjoy, along with a progressive bent to them since Evergreen encourages critical thinking! We encourage the First to Find to nab the Recycle or Die button. Also included is: an Evergreen pencil an Evergreen window sticker Alien bracelets a caribiner a nice little bag from Costa Rica some traditional toys (match box and finger puppets) We also left a couple of plastic bags to encourage folks to trash out. We're amazed at the trash we find everywhere we go and want to encourage cache in, trash out! There's nothing like the satisfaction of going home with aluminum booty, glass bottle booty and plastic water bottle booty but we'd really like to find less of it! Has nobody heard of Keeping America Beautiful? I love this cache and love that it continues to be found and liked! Carry on ya landlubbers!
