Basically a park & grab.
Located in Glenwood Cemetery in Alvarado, TX.
Original cache info:
"This cache is dedicated to the students of Alvarado ISD – specifically to the 6th grade students at Alvarado Intermediate School. They have recently completed a project that integrated use of GPS units to find mini-caches that contained clues about the play, “The Iliad”. Their enthusiasm was refreshing to say the least. Here’s to more exciting technology-infused learning!"
That was 6 years ago, so those students will be graduating this year! Here's to them "finding their way" in the world!
We hid one cache (Indian Hollow) only to have it muggled, but my faith was restored when the travel bug that was stolen was returned to the school. Thanks to the mom that returned it, and special thanks to Reid Cruzers for encouraging us in our efforts to introduce GPS and geocaching to the students of Alvarado ISD.
And we were muggled AGAIN!! Replacing cache today, with 1 travel bug. Please help it travel - it's for a kindergarten class!
