Geocache Description:

On the edge of Callendar Park, near a gap in the Antonine Wall. There are fairly steep embankments in places.

If you come by car, follow the brown tourist signs for Callendar House, where there is free parking. The car park is open every day, but it closes at 5.30 p.m. in winter; 8.30 p.m. in summer, although the cache is accessible 24/7.

THE CONTAINER IS NO LONGER A SANDWICH BOX. The cache is now very well hidden and contains only a log sheet, so please bring a pen or pencil with you. Additionally the hint is now a CRYPTIC clue! As a result of this, I have now increased the difficulty rating to 3.

Watch out for muggles between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. (from the local High School).

Why not visit the free museum at Callendar House while you are here. There are some lovely woodland walks, a children's play area and tearooms. In the summer the boating lake is open.
