LOCAL CACHES - Place caches within 3 miles of the event (Published between 3/1 & 3/23) and you will receive free raffle tickets. Based on the highest single value of the Difficulty/Terrain. (A simple D1/T1 cache = 1 ticket, D3.5/T1 = 3 tickets, D1/T5 = 5 tickets)
