Parking is anywhere along the side streets off of Greenhill Ave that border this city park. The first stage is at a hollow tree (but not in it). You are looking for a camo-covered small container with a printout of the next waypoint (there is also a back-up coordinate tacked to the tree). The next stage is on a small hill. The trail system between these two points is a bit weak but I am sure you will manage. To get to the final stage you will have to cross a creek, this could be easy or hard depending on what time of year you tackle this cache. The final is over the embankment, under the concrete, and tucked behind the steel.
We have made up eleven copies of two postcards from photos taken at our other geocaches. These are sure to become valuable collector items so you keeners that normally don’t trade may want to rethink that policy and bring a tradeable with you.
Round trip distance is about three kilometers. There is a bit of garbage along the way but considering where this is located you may be surprised at how much solitude there is.
