Sit and Stay Awhile Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Lostboy1966: I came to the park today to plant a new cache, so I decided to check up on this one. It is gone. [:(]

I hid the new one elsewhere, and will also replace this cache with something different in the near future. It was probably pirated because I placed it too close to the trail. Live and learn.

Muggles. What can you do? The container was boring anyway...

Stay tuned!

Geocache Description:

A very short detour off of I-95 leads to a small preserve.

A nice little rest spot for road-weary travelers that are ‘Caching Along a Route’. The container is a small Lock & Lock covered in camo tape. It is not in the stone wall, and there is no need to cross to the opposite side of the wall from the trail.

Once you find the container, have a seat and enjoy this nice little pocket park. After you ‘take a load off’, consider looking for other nearby caches in this well-maintained preserve.

Though the container is somewhat sheltered, snowfall of any significant ammount runs the risk of covering this cache, especially in drifting conditions.

Parking for this cache can be found at N 41° 04.827 W 073° 27.544. From I-95 (either direction), take Exit 13. Turn left onto US-1. After passing a Duchess Restaurant on your left, take your next left onto Old Kings Hwy North. Cross the bridge over I-95, and make an immediate right onto Parklands Drive. It looks like an office complex, but there is a Preserve parking lot at the end of the street.

Enjoy!
