This is part of the "I've Got A Golden Ticket" event. These caches are placed with the "Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory" movie in mind. Some of these caches will contain Golden Tickets to be redeemed at dinner for prizes. All of the Lizooki Crews hides released at the event will contain coupons for a special first to find prize.
This cache was placed in honor of the Wonkavator which was the elevator in the Willy Wonka movie. From the cache location there is a nice view similar to what might have been seen as the Wonkavator flew over the countryside.
