This could be a quick P&G or the start of a longer caching day along the Salem Creek trail. The container is a smallish (~2 cup) Lock 'n Lock type container suitable for smaller trade items.
The city has done quite a bit or work restoring Salem Creek through Civitan Park to a more natural course. There is a sign near the cache describing the work that has been done and illustrating some of the wildlife that can be found in the area. I saw ducks and a heron when placing the cache.
This is a nice place to take a walk or to go for a bike ride - whether caching or not.
This area near the cache can be busy - both on the trail and the nearby campus. Please be aware of eyes upon you when you go for the grab!
