This is God's Country (Chihuahua trail #6) Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

txrancher: Too many DNFs, pretty difficult for this on to get lost if it had been properly replaced.
Someone got careless.
I don't have the time to maintain this one as I am working a contract about 600 miles away and won't be able to get to it for several months, more time than is acceptable for a cache to be temporarily disabled, so I will archive it and permit someone else the opportunity to place one here if they so desire.
It had a good run and was enjoyed by many cachers.

Geocache Description:

The welcome sign to Hondo, Texas is world famous, stating "This is God's Country, don't drive like hell through it. Welcome to Hondo"

I wanted to place this cache in close proximity to the sign, but that would have necessitated either a long walk from the nearest parking lot or hiking across the Rail Road Tracks, not highly recommended. Therefore it is located at the old freight depot, which is now a city park and municipal flea market. Plenty of parking within just a few feet of the cache, however, I do not recommend searching for it on flea market days (sporadic, no schedule) as the muggle pressure would be just too high.
My GPSr was jumping around a lot, but I believe the coordinates will get you to within 20 feet.
