This is part of the "I've Got A Golden Ticket" event. These caches are placed with the "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" movie in mind. Some of these caches will contain Golden Tickets to be redeemed at dinner for prizes. All of the Lizooki Crews hides released at the event will contain coupons for a special first to find prize.
Loompaland was the area where the Oompa Loompas were from. Willy traveled to Loompaland looking for new flavors but instead found the Oompa Loompas. At this location you might find several different kinds of people. Deacs, Heels, Wolfs, Turtles, Mountaineers, and Tigers. This find might leave you seeing RED.
