The event will be held at Madge Lake, SK
This location is a Prov. Park, and will require a Sask. park
pass or daily entry fees (see below).
You do not have to pre-register for camping, but upon arrival,
mention that you are part of the geocaching group, and they will
guide you in the correct direction.
The event will begin on June 9th in the morning and will end off
with a potluck bbq.
Everyone attending, and are willing to place a temp. cache are
welcome to do so, and must come to the registration tent prior to
placing the cache.
Temp. caches are to be placed by 12pm, and the locations be
brought to the registration tent by 12:30pm.
Everyone that wants to be involved in the cache hunt, must be at
the registration tent by 1pm to receive a list of caches and hunt
guidelines.
Please see the image gallery and print off both the front
and back cache log sheets as there will be a limited supply at the
event.

Friday Evening - Meet & Greet /
registration
Saturday - 10am - 12pm - Cache Hide
(please come to registration tent for a stash note prior to placing
the cache)
1pm - 1:30pm - Instructions for the cache hunt at the registration
tent
1:30pm - 3:30pm - Cache Hunt
4:30pm - 6:30pm - potluck bbq and prizes for the event
Sunday - There will be groups leaving camp
to look for local caches. Please inquire at the registration
tent for more info. One cache in the area is "GCBB7 - Duck
Mountain"; and this one will be attempted around 10am as it is
quite the hike.
Fees:
Camping $15.00/night per unit
entry $7.00/day - $17.00/3 days - $50.00/year
campfire $3.00/day - $7.00/3 days
