Geocache Description:

A lay-by just outside the village, the cache is sited just to one side by the footpath in the entrance to the woods.

You will need the clue so dont forget it.
This is a popular lay-by at lunch time (people eating there buttys), looking at the exceptional views over to the Wirral/ Liverpool and further North on a clear day .

You can also see the Rusty Duke, where there are 2 more nearby cachers that come recommended

Inspired by Motorway Mayhems and A-Road Anarchys, taking you off the beaten track via B-roads into "Vexatious Villages". This follows a similar vein so will be fairly easy for those who have found some of the aforementioned series and a challenge if you haven't.

Congratulation's to Chipdick who was 1st to find this Geocache on 2/3/07 at 8.30pm.
