Walking downhill, this was the first glimpse I got of my
dreamhouse.
The Terrain rating is based on having to cross the Sweetwater
River from either the
trailhead (GC117JJ) at the Loveland Reservoir parking area or
another trailhead at N 32° 48.802 W 116° 44.169 (GC117HH). The
Loveland Reservoir Parking parking area is open only from Dawn
to Sunset.
There is no parking available along Japatul Valley Road and from
the signs, I think they are serious.
