Located within a very busy shopping complex. Lots and lots of muggles. Stealth is the upmost. Lots of parking available. This is available 24/7 if you night owls would like to try. But if you do the difficulty rating goes up a star. This would be considered a hidden in plain site cache.
This is a log only cache, so you will need to bring your own writing instrument. After you find it please be careful to place the cache back exactly how you found it. The title may help you somewhat with its location once you get closer to the area. It's a H.I.P.S. cache.
