An old dirt road goes to within 200~300 ft of cache and watwer goes to within 50 ft. Cache is a green cylinder 3 inches in diameter and 7 inches long. Cache was replace March 11, 2009.
Enjoyed JFigel's Howard County ADC Challenge (GCYB4Y) but was really surprised that there was no cache on page 13. Consequently I planted Justin #13 and named it for him. However, they closed the parking area with a no trespassing sign on the gate. Hence, I disabled that cache and planted a new cache to replace it. The suggested parking area is the parking lot whose coordinates are N39 13.961 W 77 01.674 and is on Triadelphia Mills road. From parking lot follow path by reservoir till stream comes in. Here you can either continue along reservoir or take path up to the dirt fire road. The road parallels Triadelphia Reservoir and goes to within a few hundred feet of cache. When I replaced cache I came in by reservoir and back by road. The total distance from parking lot to cache is ~0.6 miles. While one can park closer, as far as I know one can't get to cache without crossing private property. Congradulations to Somalicat for FTF.
