This cache has been archived.

Krypton: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

The cache is hidden along the Boy Scout Tree Trail located in the Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. The trail is 2.88 miles one way and ends at Fern Falls. At about 2.5 miles there is a spur trail that leads to The Boy Scout Tree (367.8 feet tall)and to the cache. The trail is well groomed and easy to follow with redwood bridges over creeks, steps, and inclines. This is an amazing place so do not forget your camera.

The cache container is a 30 cal. ammo can.
