The stadium is situated within Doncaster's Lakeside development,
less than a mile from Rover's former home at Belle Vue.
On Monday 1st January 2007 Doncaster Rover's played their first
match at Doncaster's brand new Keepmoat Stadium.
The £32 million stadium has all-seater capacity of over 15,000
with the ability to increase it’s capacity further. The sport's
complex also has facilities including two external full-size
floodlit grass pitches, eight floodlit all-weather 5-a-side pitches
and two floodlit all-weather 7-a-side pitches. A 500-seater
mini-stand and six-lane running athletics track. (Plus much

It is the new home to Doncaster Rovers Football Club, Doncaster
Rovers Belles Women’s football Club, Doncaster Lakers Rugby League
Club and the Doncaster Athletics Club.
The road around the stadium is called after Rover's most famous
player Alick Jeffrey Way.
