Quilting - Quilting Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

bob8bear: With the recent DNF we stopped by to check on the cache today, and it has been muggled. Since this is the second time it has gone missing, we have decided to shut it down. This cache has had a good run and produced 3 quillos with squares made by the various cachers that have stopped to visit. Thanks to everyone who visited this cache and especially those who left a square. It has been a lot of fun.

Geocache Description:

Saw this type of theme cache in another state and maybe you have to, but don’t believe we have one around here and I thought it would be fun if we did.

In the cache are some fabric squares (6”x 6”) along with a cardboard piece for writing support, in ziploc bags. There are also some assorted sharpies to write on the squares in another ziploc bag. Please do not use sharpies on log. Please leave a ½ inch border on all sides. Write your geocaching name, or individual name, date, where you are from, team name, logo, or draw a picture, just make it uniquely yours. You may also bring your own fabric square (6”x 6”) if you would like to write, stamp, sew, screen print, embroider or paint your information and date on it. Another ziploc bag is for the completed squares. There is also a log sheet, pencil and small trade items.

We now have two completed quillos that are traveling around attending caching events. We are excited about getting started on a third quillo.

You might like to visit the outlet mall while you are in the neighborhood.

Caching is about fun, so have some!!
