Geocache Description:

Located at the Currituck County Veteran's Memorial. Room for a log only so bring a pen. Please take care to replace cache as found so others can pull their hair out as well.

Located along the Albemarle and Chesapeake Canal, the Currituck County Veteran's Memorial Park is the site of an old Coast Guard Station that was turned over to the county for the public's use. While visiting the park, take time to reflect and remember those who have selflessly served our country so that we can be free. The park is opened daily from 8am til sunset. Please do not try to enter at night.
