What happened to the store that used to be here? Was it the billygoats?
This location used to be the home of Cub Foods. Also there were a couple of those aluminum can machines. Back where I come from, these things were called "billygoats". I can't help but think the store that was here might have been cursed by them.
Hey hey, holy mackerel, no doubt about it! I placed this in Spring Training, 2007. 2007 has great things in store, including a new store! And since the Cub Foods is gone, the "billygoats" have wandered away. Kinda leaves the joke of this cache just a puzzle for those who come to visit, but the old-timers know what it's about.
So come visit the new store in the fall, but leave your aluminum cans at home. While you are here, search for the small cache, large enough only for small items, but to start it out, there is a "Believe" bracelet and a Chicagoland Jeep TB.
Oh, don't forget to root for the Boys in Blue!
