SUV2003: I suspect this cache hide is known to several non-geocachers. I have had several instances where travel bugs and geocoins have been taken from this container and never logged as found. Back in August the inner container itself was found at another location by a person who's account is now inactive. Today I inspected the outer hiding container and found it to be vandalized to the point it is inaccessible. Sadly I am going to have to archive this cache.
