Burnside was named by Peter Anderson (a scot) because it was on the side of a "burn" (the scottish word for creek)
He was the first European Settler on this land, and the property later became known as Undelcarra.
This small reserve was originally part of Undelcarra, the property later became the home of Allen Simpson of the whitegoods manufacturing company. Simpson now being a household name. Please post any Simpson goods you may have in the home.
To the north the original home still stands.
To the south the structure was originally built as a water storage tank for the Simpson's garden and was later used as a swimming pool until the 70's. It was then converted to the current art and craft centre.
Here you will find 2 man made objects with numbers stamped on them. Look carefully at the numbers as one is not so clear.
Add the numbers of the western and the eastern objects to get a four digit number.
The "sum" of the four digits should be inserted at AB below to reveal the final cache location.
