Start at the posted coordinates and look north for the first FireTacks on a tree. There are about a dozen sets of 2-3 tacks leading you to the cache. The tacks are arranged to show the general direction of travel to the next marker (note that the tacks and the trees may have changed over time):

The tacks are set from 2' to 8' high and at varying distances (100' to 300') depending on the trees. The final cache location is marked by 3 vertical tacks. Small ammo box. FTF pin and button for firsties--how many can you collect in the FTF series? Special prizes for most FTFs over 10 caches.
FireTacks are small, retro-reflective markers. To see them it helps to hold your light at eye level so that the reflection comes back to you. If you don't see the next marker at first then try moving around a few paces. If the marker indicates to go forward then you may have to go around the tree to see the next marker.
The terrain is off-trail and flat with moderate brush and trees. Please watch your step as it is easy to get disoriented when concentrating on the markers. As always, if the markers blink do not approach them. Please rehide the cache well.
There is a dirt parking area off Alfalfa Market Road at the coordinates noted below. Traveling east there is a mailbox just before the turnoff.
Note: Ignore the code on the log sheet for a bonus cache which has been archived.
Congratulations to Tbird2LM for being first to complete the FTF series, second to elkjim and third to ItOKurt2Me.
