The cache is one of those tiny nano container to keep you slightly more entertained as you walk across the old town. Available year round.
The Uzupis Angel (Uzupio Angelas) sculpture greets you near the main entrance to the Uzupio Republic. The republic is a unique corner of the city on the right bank of Vilnia river, beloved place of artists. The sculpture is one of the symbols of Uzupis. Hope you enjoy passing by.
The sculpture is placed on an 8.5-meter high column, which was unveiled in the Užupis Square in 2001. The Angel, created by sculptor Romas Vilciauskas and architect Algirdas Umbrasas, is made of brass and bronze.
Bring your own pen to sign a log sheet, a couple of pencils initially placed into the cache may not be useable. Not much space for swag, threw in some out of circulation coins.
First to find is supposed to grab the prize: a small, but strong neodymium magnet, good to build your own magnetic caches or use as a toy. Keep it in away of credit cards or sensitive electronics.
