This cache is Muilt-Cache set up near JR Nakano-Station.
このキャッシュはJR中野駅近くに設置されたMulti-Cacheです。
キャッシュを見つけるために3箇所のポイントを回り、4つの値を探してください。

この場所は犬屋敷跡です。
犬屋敷とは1695年、将軍 徳川綱吉が発した「生類憐みの令」により野犬保護のために作られた施設です。
（ちなみに「生類憐みの令」とはあらゆる生き物の殺生を禁じたもので、日本の歴史史上最も酷い悪法であったと世間一般では言われております。
もっとも、当時の江戸は野犬があまりに多く町人が咬まれるなどの被害が多発、狂犬病の蔓延も危惧されていました。それらを防ぐ目的で野犬を管理・保護するためにこの法が作られたという説もあります。犬屋敷を運営することで雇用も発生するなどの経済的効果もあったようです。
また法の対象は犬だけと思われがちですが実際には猫や鳥や昆虫まで、果てや人間も法の対象であり病人や老人が打ち捨てられることもなく大事にされるようになり、悪法どころかむしろ良法であったという説もあります）
この犬屋敷の跡地の一角に犬屋敷の歴史を伝えるべく、犬の像が設置されました。

This place is a dog residence mark.
General Tsunayoshi Tokugawa is facilities according to ordered "syorui awaremi no rei" built for the stray dog protection in 1695 it.
(By the way, "syorui awaremi no rei" is a law that prohibited the murder of all animals.
It is told that the worst law of Japan in history.)
To tell the history to the corner of the site in this dog residence, dog's bronze statue was set up.
