The Spring Hill Picnic Shelter is in one of the nicest areas in
Kensington Metro Park. It is hilly and has a nice forest around it.
There is a creek running nearby too. Neat! There are nice hiking
trails right from the shelter.
Many new caches will be placed in the park for this event.
Rattrak, Brummelbear , and TreePlanter will have some nice, good
hides to have some fun with. Many will be posted just new, at the
day of the event. Many FTF will be handed out! Many will have First
To Find coins in them for prizes too! Wear long pants, some thorns
in the area of caches.
We will supply the hotdogs, cheeseburgers with all the fixings,
and bratts ,plates and more. Please bring a dish to pass for the
group and drinks for your team. Please post the number of
people coming for your team, so we can figure the meat purchase.
Also, bring your own beverage and chair. There are quite a few
picnic tables around but it is always nice to have a seat to sit
on.
More information will be coming in the weeks ahead.

Bring some horeshoes if you have them too. We will have a
tournament with the top three winners receiving geocoins. Bring
your coins and travel bugs to trade! Also, I would like to have a
mini silent auction for some neat items.
There will be a coin issued for this event to help with the

at the event and it will be trackable and have an Icon. Also, it
will have the "EV" prefix. We hope to make a donation to the SE
MiGO too.
Kensington Park has a $4.00 Daily entry permit, or a $20.00
Annual or a Senior pass for $12.00. It is a large, nice park!
Mark the date down and come and have some FUN! If you
have never gone to a Geocaching Event, this is one to start off
with. This will be another friendly geoevent for sure!

I have ordered a couple hundred White Pine 2 year old seedlings to
be given away at this event. If you would like to plant a couple of
trees at your house, be sure and pick up some free trees at this
event.
