Geocache Description:

This was designed to be a tough park & grab.
NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ON THE STREET

We placed this cache just before the snow started to fall. We soon discovered that it was NOT winter accessible. So we waited for the snow to melt, polished it up a bit and can now submit. We are not sure how to rate the difficulty level. I don't think we could find it, but the cache-ing talent in this area is world class!! We did our best to make sure the coords are right on. Please replace the container EXACTLY how you find it. As you will see, placement is crucial for proper camouflage. There is only enough room for a small logbook, so BYOP. We couldn't even fit any FTF swag. I guess we'll issue an "IOU". Since this is our first placement, (go gentle on us) feedback on coords & difficulty rating would be greatly appreciated.

NOTE: It is much easier to see & retrieve the cache on the "non-street" side of the guardrail. STAY OFF THE STREET
