Geocache Description:


The Craig of Duncarnock or 'The Craigie' as it's known locally, is a volcanic plug overlooking Glanderston Dam. There are several routes to the top depending on how sure footed you are!
Use the parking coordinates and follow the track a short distance to the gate on the right hand side. There is a stile that will allow access to the dam. The cache is hidden behind the Craigie and is best accessed by taking a clockwise route around the dam and the bottom of the hill. Once you've found the cache a short walk to the top of the Craigie will offer great views of the surrounding countryside.
