Geocache Description:

Three EASY hides. Be ready for a nice hike up to 10 miles round trip.

IT FINALLY HAPPENED - last week Antherium got her FIRST FTF. The entire valley rocked as her voice echoed off the Coast range and Cascade Foothills. If you listen carefully, you may still be able to pick up that joyous scream. Rain or Shine and BeavTeam wanted to commemorate this life changing event. So, we headed out to place this one in her honor.

This cache is about the HIKE, not about the hides. Read thoroughly and you will have not a problem. This is a three stage multi that will cover some turf, be prepared.

Start at the Goodman Creek Trailhead on Highway 58. We have included two 'on the trail' junction waypoints. GO LEFT AT BOTH. The first two stages are film canisters, stuck between two trees. You DO NOT have to leave the trail to retrieve them. Please re-cover in appropriate geo-flauge so those that follow will quickly identify the spot.

The final is regular-sized and about 2 feet off the trail, 'wedged' inside a semi-hollow maple tree.

This cache covers a good portion of South Willamette Trail #3465

and is “relatively level”, with maybe a moderate difficulty rating.

We think you will enjoy this walk amongst the tall timbers.

Hmmm, I wonder if Antherium will be able to get LegoBoyJJ to do this with her.
