There is an arcade upstairs for the
kids and restrooms are available in the room we have
reserved. Also, as an FYI, a gratuity will be added to your
tab if you are staying for drinks and food.
We will also be holding a raffle for
premade Geocaches, GeoGear and a surprise item or two. A raffle
ticket for each member of your party will be given to you when you
check in. As always, if you would like to donate raffle items, we
would greatly appreciate the philanthropy.
Also, we will have a station set up for
Travel Bugs and Geocoins that are being brought to the event. A
master sheet will be generated and emailed to interested parties
for discovery purposes. Please make sure that you provide your
email address at the TB/Geocoin station.

With the event right
around the corner, we could use volunteers for the Check In
station as well as the TB/Geocoin station. In the meantime,
