Porter's Crossing Canoe Launch

The cache is located at a popular fishing spot and canoe launch just one mile from 113. In January of 1998 the town of Snow Hill experienced high flood waters and the entire road to and from the cache site was under water.

The name of the cache was created by using one of the Searcher's initials, so don't waste your time trying to figure out the meaning.
