O.K. yes it is a college campus loaded with busy, frustrated college students (including myself) so there are times when there are cars you must dodge and duck from but overall its easy excessable...If don't want to have people racing by you, then I would recommend doing it on the weekends or right before the sun goes down...or pick a time when you would think class wouldn't be getting out in order to avoid the rush. Just a tip :)
It really is an overall easy cache.
