This should be a very easy grab. I gave it a two difficultly rating only because of all the people that mill about. There is ample parking. It would be easier to do at night.
The cache is a small black key box. Inside the cache there is the Geocache disclaimer, a log sheet, and a pencil. There is also room for a very very very small surprise. You have to be careful because there are always muggles about; there are tons on the weekends.
