Doing It In A Jeep TJ Mystery Cache

Vintor & Gert: Vintor did a recent maintenance check and found "Doing it in a Jeep CJ" to be missing along with a few of the micros. Due to a lack of activity and high maintenance we are archiving the series and will republish them as traditional caches. Also the bridge to "Doing it in a jeep CJ" has become questionable regarding its safety!!!! Thanks to all who took on this adventure!!!!!

Geocache Description:

The final of a series of 4 caches that will take you along the hazardous Myra Road 4x4 Jeep trails.

Cache is a medium lock-n-lock glad in cammo tape and is located at the end of the road but which road. And of course the above coords are incorrect to get the correct ones you will have to pick the right answer to the question in YJ[GC11DW4].

In the cache you will find a picture of a Jeep TJ, on the reverse side of the picture you will find Congrats on finding the cache.

For the FTF there is a Jeep Rubicon. This beauty is still at the dealer and we are waiting to take delivery. It is too big to fit in the cache so the FTF cacher will have to contact me for pick-up\delivery,etc.

This series of caches could also be completed by use of a carefully driven auto and a few short hikes. We used a Honda Pilot when in setting up waypoints and a Nissan 4X4 to place the caches. On all trips the final leg was hiked but you can drive a Jeep or an ATV very close to each location.

The question is! Will you do it in a Jeep?

The more pics the better. Especially if you get stuck!!!

Always be prepared: bucksaw\chainsaw,come along\winch,towrope,jackall,shovel,etc.

***Also note that the bridge is out on the Porters lake end of the trail amking it very rough! Use the Miller Road trail head!!! I will post any major changes in trail conditions if I know about them!***
