Geocache Description:

Small cemetery

Lots of history. Many of my cousins buried here. Close to the site of the Red River Ferry that was operated by my cousins, Sydney and Dewey Trapp. They charged a dollar a car to ride the ferry across. On Saturdays when Clarksville was playing Idabel in baseball they would make $400 a day. Unheard of wages in the 1950's. One cousin was burned to death at age sixteen as her uncle was filling the car with gas in Clarksville while smoking a cigar. Gas ignited and she couldn't get out of car.
Ammo box with lots of trinkets.
