This cache was placed with my downtown co-cachers in mind. There can be a large number of homeless people in the area, but the constant stream of muggles walking and running by this particular spot should keep you safe.
Here are 3 basic rules for Downtown Caching:
1. Don’t cache alone.
2. Don’t go at night, it is safest at lunch time.
3. Be aware of who is around you.
